Permanent Damage is a body of work that explores the unconscious psychological effects of the protests and aftermath in Hong Kong. The photographs in this series reveal the tiny fragments of daily life that construct the narrative and notion of the aftermath. I believe that the implicit influences of daily life can provide a better understanding of the whole picture.
